Amy Chastain and Melissa Meisterheim from ESL Programs along with Ben Hassman from the Department of Rhetoric presented "Building Students’ Intercultural Capacity: Trained Conversation Partners in ESL Classrooms".  They discussed the Conversation Center, the value of intercultural communication training as well as the curricular and affective benefits of the Conversation Center embedding in English language classrooms.
